Single Tier Leaf Bowl

This gourd has been dried, cleaned, carved & dyed with a single tier leaf design surrounding the border.  My leaf bowls are one of the most requested item & can be enjoyed all year long. 

This leaf design has two different styles of leaves; one is a simple layer outlined then dyed, the other I leave the veins of the leaves then carve down the negative space giving the leaves more dimension,   

Although they may seem similar each one is a one of a kind I do not use patterns I freehand all of my designs.
